springcloud 消息总线入门配置遇到的问题

问题描述

基于Spring Cloud Config 分布式基础配置上，配置消息总线组件 SpringCloudBus
在客户端添加依赖后

 
		org.springframework.boot
		spring-boot-starter-actuator
 

 
 		org.springframework.cloud
		spring-cloud-starter-bus-amqp
  

就会出现此错误
