libboost_pythonPY_MAJOR_VERSIONPY_MINOR_VERSION-vc141-mt-gd-x32-1_67.lib编译问题

使用boost1.6.7在vs2015下编译，遇到问题，还以为自己配置错了。

原来是boost的bug，修改方式：
