OMP: Error #15: Initializing libiomp5md.dll, but found libiomp5md.dll already initialized错误提示

实验环境：win10，pytorch1.2（gpu版）, cuda10

出错提示：
OMP: Error #15: Initializing libiomp5md.dll, but found libiomp5md.dll already initialized.
OMP: Hint This means that multiple copies of the OpenMP runtime have been linked into the program. That is dangerous, since it can degrade performance or cause incorrect results. The best thing to do is to ensure that only a single OpenMP runtime is linked into the process, e.g. by avoiding static linking of the OpenMP runtime in any library. 网上搜索出来的方法：
允许副本存在，程序中添加
import os
os.environ[‘KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK’]=‘True’

但是试了之后还是报相同的错误提示，请问有没有人遇到过类似的问题，能否帮忙提供下解决方法，万分感谢。
