开发手机应用（微信公众号）

1.      注册微信公众号的订阅号（免费）

          配置服务器：URL（服务器地址）

          配置Token（令牌）                        

2.      注册新浪云计算，免费额度为5个应用

         创建一个应用并得到一个二级域名

3.      创建本地环境，安装TortoiseSVN，同步网上代码仓库

         安装Notepad++，并安装SVN插件

4.      编写一个基本微信APP代码，如下
