WEBSERVICE GET、POST、SOAP方式调用

VS中可以用添加服务引用-高级-添加WEB引用的方法调用WEBSERVICE,但必须是网络能连上该WEBSERVICE的情况。

也可以通过以下方法来离线调用WEBSERVICE
