记录安装时出现的问题：

1. 安装mkdocs时出现下述错误：
   Cannot uninstall ‘tornado’. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
   解决方法：
   pip3 install --ignore-installed mkdocs
