解决办法：

yum install -y make

2.Cannot find appropriate system libraries for WITH_SSL=system.

解决办法：

yum install -y openssl-devel

tar -xvf rpcsvc-proto-1.4.1.tar
cd rpcsvc-proto-1.4.1 
./configure
make
make install
