Android-图片裁剪/旋转/缩放

1.系统裁剪

    // 选择图片,裁剪

2.旋转缩放

     @Override
    public void onProgressChanged(SeekBar seekBar, int progress, boolean fromUser) {        
        // 旋转
        Bitmap bitmap = BitmapFactory.decodeResource(getResources(), R.mipmap.ic_launcher);
        Matrix matrix = new Matrix();
        matrix.setRotate(progress);     
        imageView.setImageBitmap(Bitmap.createBitmap(bitmap,0,0,
                    bitmap.getWidth(),bitmap.getHeight(),matrix,true));

        // 缩放
        imageView.setLayoutParams(new RelativeLayout.LayoutParams(progress,progress));
