VC实现播放wav音频文件

根据前面几篇关于语音操作文章,实现播放wav音频文件:

a.>加载wav文件;b.>读取wav文件信息;c.>获得wav数据块;d.>打开音频设备;e.>装载读取的数据;f.>发送到音频设备上播放数据;g.>关闭设备释放内存.
