目录结构如下:

修改CMakeLists.txt文件

install(PROGRAMS
    scripts/initial_pos.py
    DESTINATION ${CATKIN_PACKAGE_BIN_DESTINATION})

install(DIRECTORY launch/
    DESTINATION ${CATKIN_PACKAGE_SHARE_DESTINATION}/launch) 

 initial_pos.launch文件内容:

initial_pos.py文件内容:
