如何在macOS的Xcode中使用C++万能头文件bits/stdc++.h

在macOS Mojave(10.14.6)以前的版本中，C++头文件在/usr/include/c++/4.2.1目录下，更新系统后发现这个目录消失了。

解决方案：在/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/include/c++/v1目录下新建bits目录，再将stdc++.h头文件放置在bits目录下。
