VMware Workstation cannot connect to the virtual machine. Make sure you have rights to run the program, access all directories the program uses, and access all directories for temporary files.

The VMware Authorization Service is not running。

 解决办法：

找到计算机服务-->点选VMware Autheffication这一选项-->服务状态：点击启动。

提示：使用虚拟机的时候，一定要把计算机的虚拟化功能开启，即VT-x。
