只要重新设置一下ctags就行了。
在/usr/bin/目录下的ctags不是自定义的ctags.

ctags总是在不正确的路劲下开始检索文件，并记录。这是因为在父文件夹里面有.tags文件，只要删除父文件夹里的.tags文件就行了
CTags.sublime-settings 文件里面
"command" : "ctags -R -f .tags --exclude=build --exclude=output --exclude=supports\\libs", 排除文件夹 build、output、supports\\libs
