tcp通信，出现socket服务端recv接收不到数据的情况，但是用tcpdump能看到有相关数据。想不通为什么？

tcp通信，出现socket服务端recv接收不到数据的情况，但是用tcpdump能看到有相关数据。想不通为什么？

防火墙是关闭的
