雪花算法--生成18位唯一ID

 情景: 目前创建表时一般不会选择整型,而是选择字符串类型,字符串不能进行自增,后台在新增时就要生成唯一的ID,就随之出现许多生成唯一ID的算法,其中雪花算法比较流行,在此记录一下。
