EWM-ERP Master Data 同步

EWM系统跟CRM系统与ERP系统之间的关系一样。大部分的主数据例如工厂、物料、客户、供应商等都是维护在ERP系统内的，但是这些数据在EWM中同样需要的，其他的数据就需要在EWM中维护了，他们之间的主数据传输如下：

There are two distinct techniques used to transfer data between an ERP system

and EWM. Master data are transferred using the Core Interface (CIF) .

Plant, shipping point, customer master and vendor master are master data which

are used as well by ERP as by SCM in general. In SCM system these master data

are not identical with the ERP master data. During the transfer , the relevant ERP

master data are copied to the corresponding SCM data, the location master data.

Material master data from an ERP system is transferred to the product master

in the SCM system. The data that is transferred consists mainly of material

descriptions, units of measure, material product coding fields such as material

group, and weights/volume specifications. The product master data and location

master data are usable for all applications in the SCM system: they are used by

both the APO and EWM. In a following step, you can extend these product master

data with further , EWM specific information - this will extend the product to

a warehouse product.

In addition to the basic material master data, characteristics and batches for batch

managed materials must also be transferred.

T o transfer master data, a Core Interface (CIF) model must be defined in the ERP

system.

When the CIF model is activated, the master data is transferred to the SCM/EWM

system. Plant, distribution centers, shipping point, customers and vendors are

copied as SCM location master data and are assigned a Location T ype.
