March 5:理解愤怒的自然法

The mind is always working and can very easily find something to be angry about. We are often at the mercy of others' words—compliments or insults—and are generally automatically affected. When we can observe the process of anger as a whole, then understanding will arise and the defilements will back off. Anger is just anger; it is just dhamma nature—that is all.

心持续运作,很容易找到让它生起愤怒的东西。我们常常任由他人的言语摆布——致敬抑或侵犯,并且不自觉地被影响。当我们能完整地观察愤怒的过程,然后理解就会发生,烦恼自然退却。愤怒只是愤怒,是自然之法性,仅此而已。
