今日复习文章前四句话，如下

This is the VOA special English Healthy Report
Cardio-Pulmonary-Resuscitation or CPR can save the life of someone whose heart has stopped.
The Condition is called cardiac arrest.
The heart stops pumping blood，the person stops breathing.
Without life saving measures the brain starts to die within four to six minutes.

Facts:
坐了四个小时的车晚上刚回来。没有按照通告的要求完成今天的练习。只完成了第二步，读了前三句话发到了晨读群里，本来是四句话的，看错标点了，再加上听群里有几条语音也是读到那个位置，我就也读了那么多，却没有自己检查一下。

从各方面来说，今天我是放水了。没有认真复习学过的内容。
