RabbitMQ 分为 生产者, 消费者
生产者 发消息给交换机, 交换机根据主题, 选择路由策略, 发给对应的消费者
主题的统配符:
*(star) can substitute for exactly one word.
#(hash) can substitute for zero or more words.
