ubuntu11.10 安装网卡驱动

安装了ubuntu，比较郁闷的是没有网卡驱动，然后就有了下面的事情。

1、首先查看自己网卡类型 输入命令

lspci -n

我们会看到一个类似于下面内容的列表

00:00.0 0600: 8086:29c0 (rev 0a)
00:01.0 0604: 8086:29c1 (rev 0a)
00:1b.0 0403: 8086:27d8 (rev 01)
00:1c.0 0604: 8086:27d0 (rev 01)
00:1d.0 0c03: 8086:27c8 (rev 01)
00:1d.1 0c03: 8086:27c9 (rev 01)
00:1d.2 0c03: 8086:27ca (rev 01)

02:00.0 0200: 14e4:1698 (rev 10)

从 这个输出中找到02:00.0的一行，从后面可以看到厂商ID是14e4，该厂商生产的这款网卡ID是1698。数字都是十六进制。这个时候就可以在 google上搜索broadcom 14e4:1698 或者直接登录http://www.pcidatabase.com去搜索自己的型号

还有一种查看自己网卡类型的方法，输入命令

lspci

我们仍旧会看到一个列表

找到Ethernet controller  就可以看到自己的类型了。

2、然后就是找到驱动了，这比较麻烦，不过有好网站的

http://www.linuxwireless.org

上面全是网卡的驱动，找到自己需要的那个

3、然后就是编译安装了

tar xvf compat-wireless-2012-03-12-p.tar.bz2

cd compat-wireless-2012-03-12-p

./scripts/driver-select alx

make

make install

./scripts/alx-enable atl1c

./scripts/alx-enable alx

modprobe alx

4、重启，就行了
