To download the software from My Oracle Support:

Log on to My Oracle Support.
1、Click Patches & Updates.
2、In the Patch Search section, click the Search tab.
3、Enter 13390677 in the Patch Name or Number field.
4、Select a platform to download from the drop-down list.
5、Click Search.
6、In the Patch Search Results page, under Patch Name, click the patch number to display the patch details.
7、Click Download.

From the File Download window, click each file name to download the selected software.
