1、自定义安装

勾选：Add Python 3.8 to PATH

2、默认

3、勾选Install for all users，勾选后安装地址会自动变为C:\Program Files\Python38

修改安装地址

4、点击Close完成

验证

1、打开cmd，输入python，显示Python版本号

2、使用IDLE

开始带单--Python--IDLE

从官网下载的Windows help file：python382.chm可能不好使，打不开页面

安装路径下的D:\Program Files\Python38\Doc\python382.chm，这个帮助文档是好的
