数据块大小未对齐

des加密需要是8的整数倍；

android.view.ViewRootImpl$CalledFromWrongThreadException: Only the original thread that created a view hierarchy can touch its views.

 

在子线程是不能更新ui的，可以使用handler将参数传出，进行ui更新；

byte[] byteArray = str.getBytes();

重新复制项目到其他目录打开，试试；

这是因为上次编译的缓存没清空导致，手动clean一下即可。
