Install docker

• install docker

apt install apt-transport-https ca-certificates curl software-properties-common

add-apt-repository "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu bionic stable"
apt update
apt-cache policy docker-ce
apt install docker-ce

Insatll docker-compose

安装docker-compose的方法，确保支持docker-compose.yml的version为3:
sudo curl -L https://github.com/docker/compose/releases/download/1.26.0/docker-compose-`uname -s`-`uname -m` -o /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
sudo docker-compose --version
