TL Meeting Lesson

1. As a developer, you gotta be certain about the things you've done. Find a solid reason that the TL can't scold you about. Maybe the TS, other developers, but how do you know they are certain? Youself need to be sure about the validity of your work.

2. Do care about the way you communicate with folks in other team. Not say "what's your goal?", they may say something unrealistic. 

First, explain to him what your plan is. Make sure he understands, and then ask him "Is this gonna satisfy the need now?" Then you're good to go.

3. Jun has been working on a QAN for over 1 months, even though it's hard. But that's bad....
