VS2017 提示Cannot navigate to the symbol under the caret

Visual Studio 2017，代码中有个方法，想用F12快捷键进去看方法的具体内容，提示：Cannot navigate to the symbol under the caret.

原因先不管了，应急一下的解决方法是从CMD控制台打开VS.

以管理员权限运行CMD，进入项目目录，使用如下指令：

C:\Users\source\repos\project1>"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe" Proj1.sln

问题解决。
