The Employee table holds all employees. Every employee has an Id, and there is also a column for the department Id.

这两道题目的解法有些类似，就是where的条件有所不同，都使用了inner join。。on与my sql 用户自定义两种方法，不同之处在于where语句的稍微不同，

一个是t.rank<=3 求出前三个最大值,一个是t.rank=1排名第一的值
