Lena & hubby Tak came to look at used uprights, budget 2000-3000. They have 6 years old daughter and 7 years old son.

I showed them our used piano stock, we don’t have any used uprights at around $3000. I showed them the rental option, NU1 special sale. And we talk about Costco prices.

I recommended: NU1, B2, and introduced Serena Shi to teach their kids.

Mr. & Mrs. Soo can speak fluent Chinese, we get along.
