jdbcConfig.properties配置如下：

jdbc.driver=com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3309/mybatis?useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC&characterEncoding=utf-8
jdbc.username=root
jdbc.password=root

此配置在非文件方式下不会报错，尝试之后将url改为：

jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3309/mybatis?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8&useSSL=false&serverTimezone = GMT

问题解决。
