B:  Yes, there is. There's one in the shopping center.
A: Which way ②is the shopping center?
B: Go to the end of the street and turn left, from there it's about 50 meters.
A: When does the bank close③?
B: I think it closes at 6:00.
A: Oh, it's almost 6 now.（几乎，差不多，将近）
B: It's 5:45, so you still have 15 minutes. If you walk fast you can get（抵达） there.
     The bank is next to a clothing store.（在…旁边）
A: Thanks for your help.
B: You're welcome, good luck（祝你好运）.

二、water cooler talk办公室闲聊

A: Do you know what time it is④?（what time it is 整句话都是do you know 的宾语，要变成陈述语句）
B: Yes, it's 10:45. Why?
A: I don't see Steve in his office. His usually here by 9:30⑤.
     Do you know where he is?（he is 的顺序和前面的it is一样，where he is 整句话都是do you know的宾语）
B: Yes, I do. He is in a taxi. He is on his way to the airport⑥.

A: Why is he going to⑦ the airport?
B: He's going to meet a friend.
A:  That's nice. Do you know who it is?(who it is 当做do you know 的宾语，主语it is的顺序) （it可指代性别未知的人）
B: Yes, I do, but it's a secret.

A : A secret?
B: Yes, so don't tell anyone.
A: I won't. who is it?（won't=will not）
B: Sorry, I can't  tell you.
A:Is it a man or a woman?(选择疑问句)
B: Sorry, I can't tell you anything. Steve doesn't want anyone to know she's here.
A: I see.

精讲：
一、
①is there（ a bank ）around here
is there...around here? 这附近有……吗？
a bank可以替换成其他的：
例如：1、Is there an Italian restaurant around here?这附近有意大利餐馆吗？
            2、Is there a public restroom around here?这附近有公共厕所吗？

② Which way：怎么去……？（问具体路线）

③close：关门，不营业     /   open：开门，营业
business hours办公时间、营业时间

④重点句型：Do you know+wh-    (what/where/when/who/how)...?
Do    you 主语     know谓语    sth宾语?
sth=what time is it?=do you know what time it is?（要变成陈述语句）你知道现在几点吗？（注意it和is 的顺序）

⑤：by+时间=不迟于、早于这个时间

⑥：on one's way to somewhere在去……的路上
例如：He is on his way to the airport.
            We are on our way to the shopping center.
            I'm on my way home.(home 本身可以当做副词，前面不用加to)

⑦be going to:意图，打算做某事（此事发生在将来）
例如： I'm going to go to bed at 11:00.
             I'm not going to eat dinner today.

八卦必备表达：
It's a secret.这是个秘密。
Don't tell anyone.别告诉任何人、
I won't tell anyone.我不会告诉别人的。
I can't tell you anything.我什么都不能告诉你。
