What a happy morning and blessed!
都是源于可以5.40 ashtanga，在帐篷里非常清凉的开始，慢慢就不再寒冷，感觉还是一股气流，晕晕的，有些动作做不稳，stephnie开始chanting， 如此美妙的声音，我如此lucky，虽然上轮只是一次成功，但还是美妙绝伦的体验，尤其是hot water有了，连续很多天第一次可以洗头，不热但非冰凉就很满足了！
帐篷外美景：气势磅礴的雪山和绿色山脉层层相叠，和谐而不同，阳光和冷空气一起悠悠袭来，体会温暖的难得，幸福感由衷涌现心田，深切体会阳光温暖干净衣物的美妙，我把自己唯一的两个裙子叠加一起穿上，唯一干净裤子，想到零上40度和零下20度以上只有一个双肩包，佩服自己！
早餐也是美好，喝了无数杯chai，之后去散步，在山脉边缘看到helicopter，无数鲜花和小的村落，感概难得的喜悦来自于雪山：冰冻的体验，寒冷的侵袭，半夜醒来无法入眠的干渴，喝下几滴水的冰凉浸透，全身包裹衣物和棉被的阵阵寒气，凌晨打坐的专注，寒冷压迫了酸痛，登山5小时膝盖毫无感受的收益！所有体验都是收获，每次寒冷凛冽雪山之行都告诉自己不再追逐冻栗，但spiritual path has a lot to do with snow peak!
唯一一个中国女孩l说“知道会很艰苦，但没想到竟然这么差！”
经历过体验到活下来更坚强！
Kedarnath temple外雪地湿漉漉脱下鞋袜踩在地面麻木，浸心凉的哆嗦和真正感受冰冻逝去，心里一直想着悉达多的苦行僧冰冻半裸的体验，Eddie说我们是人不是悉达多和太太穿了很多也匆匆离去，我一个人环顾四周的孤独和不寂寞！来去路上一个人听着黑塞再一次悉达多音频，虽然很多部分是杜撰，但足以注入心田长久铭记！
早晨8.45开始bus，又一次意外， 头天晚上bus分开时satya say “ see u when I see u!” 多么好的心境和情景！
两天上山下山山上因为寒冻和没有瑜伽情绪也是blue，现在一切明媚，ashtanga可以去除体内热量，如果内观和ashtanga都完成就是完美！开始一天都是high 和阳光，外部环境没有关联。
10am到了 Temple of power ，Goddess of learning ，Puja for 20 minutes ，一起chanting haliyong？我非常喜欢的Kalimath temple，Meditation one hour under sun bells river sound and wind ，之后一起照相后，和Sharathji合影，和他儿子Sam selfi，他告诉我去过hongkong和上海，我对他喜爱至极，圆圆脸蛋很想亲一口，“meat on the cheek”我对Sara形容sam的描述，美国人的她笑死了！
了解到Fab India，需要买衣服啦！
了解到Rudraksha tears of shiva, sandal wood都是holly thing。我全身都是priest blessed stuff，用钱换来也是福气！
路上和西班牙女孩Marta一起，她说" u are the Grace that Sarah is saying Best roommate! "我的ego满足一下，Marta yatra之后会follow autograph of yogi path，我看了itinerary非常有意思，可以是未来一个route，我问她和伊朗男士是否相信书里miracles，都一口同声，yes！但你的quantum system 到达一个层次，都可以体验到，因为没有看到没有体验到所以不信任；我问Robert，他也说yes，说他自己曾在以色列沙漠里体验到出体，看到自己body在吃饭，从高空观察，知道自己不是body！
我在疑惑是否有类似mysore studio in Shanghai?回来查了一下没有，因为不赚钱，都必须是真爱瑜伽老师常年练习自告奋勇做！上海非此氛围！

回到camp当地人来卖2013年灾难后NGO女人们编织手工制品，虽然本着不买任何东西原则，我2pm买了两个当地scarf，来到helicopter地点，和一个印度女孩angeli聊起来，她是infusus公司software engineer，一家人带着祖父母来这里，会去四个holy temple，我学习到：
Kedarnath Badrinath Gangotri Yamunotri：The four places in Uttarakhand
The Chota Char Dham (Devanagari: छोटा चार धाम) (literally translated as 'the small four abodes/seats', meaning 'the small circuit of four abodes/seats'), is an important Hindupilgrimage circuit on the under upgradation Chardham Road Highway and under construction Chota Char Dham Railway[1] in the Indian Himalayas. Located in the Garhwalregion of the state of Uttarakhand (formerly the northwestern section of Uttar Pradesh), the circuit consists of four sites—Yamunotri (Hindi: यमनोत्री), Gangotri (Hindi: गंगोत्री), Kedarnath(Hindi: केदारनाथ), and Badrinath (Hindi: बद्रीनाथ).[2]Badrinath is also one of the four destinations (with each destination being in different corners of the country) of the longer Char Dham from which the Chota Char Dham likely draws its name.
The temple is not directly accessible by road and has to be reached by a 18 kilometres (11 mi) uphill trek from Gaurikund. Pony and manchan service is available to reach the structure. According to Hindu legends, the temple was initially built by Pandavas, and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest Hindu shrines of Shiva . It is one of the 275 Paadal Petra Sthalams, expounded in Tevaram. Pandavas were supposed to have pleased Shiva by doing penance in Kedarnath . The temple is one of the four major sites in India's Chota Char Dham pilgrimage of Northern Himalayas. This temple is the highest among the 12 Jyotirlingas.Kedarnath was the worst affected area during the 2013 flash floods in North India. The temple complex, surrounding areas and Kedarnath town suffered extensive damage, but the temple structure did not suffer any "major" damage, apart from a few cracks on one side of the four walls which was caused by the flowing debris from the higher mountains. A large rock among the debris acted as a barrier, protecting the temple from the flood. The surrounding premises and other buildings in market area were heavily damaged.

Pandavas visit Kedarnath after Mahabharata war
The temple, at a height of 3,583 m (11,755 ft), 223 km from Rishikesh, on the shores of Mandakini river, a tributary of Ganga, is a stone edifice of unknown date.[8] It is not certain who built the original Kedarnath temple and when. The name "Kedarnath" means "the lord of the field": it derives from the Sanskrit words kedara("field") and natha ("lord"). The text Kashi Kedara Mahatmya states that it is so called because "the crop of liberation" grows here.[9]
According to a mythological account, the god Shiva agreed to dwell here at the request of Nara-Narayana.[9] After the Kurukshetra War, the Pandava brothers, came here to meet Shiva on the advice of the sage Vyasa, because they wanted to seek forgiveness for killing their kin during the war. However, Shiva did not want to forgive them: so, he turned into a bull and hid among the cattle on the hill. When the Pandavas managed to track him, he tried to disappear by sinking himself head-first into the ground. One of the brothers grabbed his tail, forcing him to appear before them and forgive them. The Pandava brothers then built the first temple at Kedarnath. The portions of Shiva's body later appeared at four other locations; and collectively, these five places came to be known as the five Kedaras ("Panch Kedar"); the head of the bull appeared at the location of the Pashupatinath Temple in present-day Nepal.

我们camp所在地Guptakashi, Gupta Kashi or Guptkashi is a fairly large town located at an elevation of 1,319 metres (4,327 ft) in the Kedar-khanda ('khanda' means "sector"), in Garhwal Himalayas of Rudraprayag district in Uttrakhand, India. It is known for its ancient Vishwanath Temple dedicated to the god Shiva, which is similar to the one in Varanasi (Kashi). The other well known temple here is dedicated to Ardhanareshvara, a half man half woman form of Shiva and Parvati. The name Guptakashi has legendary significance linked to the Pandavas, the heroes of the Hindu epic Mahabharata.Its religious importance is considered next to that of Varanasi, believed to be the most pious of all Hindu pilgrimage places.
刚刚送走印度一家人，Prem 被上帝派来，看到我在看书说她认识我看的书作者Saraswati20年，有自己center to empower women，每年只收5000rupee，说saraswami和sadhguru都是commercial，推荐我认识真正guru，mooji，我了解到是jamaica一位enlightened guru，解释samathi含义：没有mind，一切都是consciousness，没有自己，没有界限！她带领women世界各地pirigrim，我认为是上帝派来使者，结婚不是她要的但坚持到丈夫去世搬到rishikesh，喜欢ganga，我告诉他我的问题， I am so disappointed and upset with myself on not fulfilling business growth expectation, struggle and give myself a break for spiritual path which has been there all along! 她其实啥也没建议，就是让我从内心自己找答案，不要依赖guru。
就这样我们在temple再次见面，她一直指引我如何做pooja，还有和shiva使者沟通自己message: I will be at your sera for people wellbeing in China and all over the world, devoting to spiritual path! 开始arati at Guptakashi Temple，我在最前方和Nicolay一起，成为朋友，邀请他参加Prem meditation，晚餐时候和大家说了facebook ashtanga yoga yatra2018设立，并不容易getting everyone in，我反正也闲着，不敢多吃东西，就一个个加，之后直接去了helicopter terrance，迎接一个难忘的full moon meditation。
