我们应该用自己的空余时间多出去走走，看看世界，不要老窝在宿舍里看手机看电脑，多干干自己喜欢的事，不要懒于去做

有时候听力太快，然后连读的时候拆分不出来关键词，还有就是听到单词写不出来

5，语伴给我的建议（语伴的意思就是找一个和你一起学英语的小伙伴）

把自己的语伴利用起来，别老看手机聊天，看看原声电影也很棒啊

6，我的一些其他感受和收获

对某些地方有一点点了解了，然后看到了很多好吃的，引起了我以后想出去玩的念头。当然还有要觉得自己听力落下好多，还不如以前的时候，确实该着急补补了

7，下次学习的努力方向

首先还是单词，每天过百词斩，坚持打卡，同时伴随听读音

抽空把看电视剧的时间改成看美剧并从其中学习语调培养语感

Kung fu panda is a good movie, it is not only fun,also have a lot of education significance. I think we should learn something, such as courage, persistence and perseverance and so on. Shen and Po both lost their parent,but they are difference  Shen's parents because of his ambition；Po's parent left him for his safety .Po want to find his really family.But he's experience  told us when we meet with difficulties, don't give up, you can think about kung fu panda, for everybody, in order to find their own life, it bravely and big evil peacock "Lord Shen" combat, finally saved you. I really admire the spirit of it, a great panda。
