1. 读"成长记录"感悟
读了今天"成长记录"，让我再次深信注意力的重要性，以及对事情的深思熟虑得必要。感慨自己没有作者进步如此大，却也有许多微在变化。
如每天早起学习，当天计划的事情不会拖拉，每件事情发生后都会反思自己有没有深入思考，对家人有了更多的耐心。虽然依然对未来恐惧，迷茫，但是内心有了更多的思考而带来的安宁。希望这份沉着能跟着笑来老师一直流在我的血液里。
2. “多维度拓展”
重新认识“多维度拓展"的概念，让我感慨很深的有3点: 1. 多维度的前提是必须有一个维度足够优秀，因为对于我来说，我是对任何领域都感兴趣都愿意尝试的人，我最缺一个足够突出的维度; 2. 多维度不代表走马观花，笑来老师强调做事认真永远是稀缺的品质，这句话刻进大脑里; 3. 不论是看问题还是某个事物，都可以多维度去观察或思考，摆脱"一根筋"。
最后有一点也给我有启发，就是多给他人鼓励。日常生活中给他人或他人给我们，泼冷水是多么容易发生。我们学习进度慢，根本原因并不是学习本身难度困住我们，而是周围人的嘲笑和眼光，以及自身的恐惧，所以多多多给他人鼓励，也给自己鼓励，其他只不过是过眼云烟。今天好开心收到笑来老师的鼓励，我的留言进了"精选"✌️。
3 . 今日精进反思
有进步: 对于想到的事情马上去做，看到的小事能够马上处理，如查英语培训行业行情，简历修改，做家务。
待改进: 英语培训行业行情查询不够细致，明天用笔记录下来进行多方面对比。饮食方面自控没有改善，思考良久，多因心理缺乏安全感，如何改进？
4. 今天写了英语自我介绍，关于销售方面的，较简单，明早起床背诵
It is my honor here to have this opportunity to get an interview with you. You can call me Susie.
As far as I can understand from this Job Description, it requires great ability to communicate with others, handle pressure from work, and to serve clients for selling target. And my last job, although I work from as a secretary to a seller, most of time, I was a secretary for boss and everyone in the company. So my job responsibility includes 3 major parts.
First, transmit orders from boss to every department, or convey working reports, problems, or opinions from staff to boss. I should communicate with any kind of people from senior to Junior. So it develops my oral ability.
Second, work with boss everytime. It is said that to be in the king’s company is similar to live with a tiger. I can handle the pressure and enjoy my work. So I think it is not a matter to me work under pressure.
Last is the service awareness. Secretary is a kind of serving job. It’s my pleasure to serve my clients and buy my products. The most important is that my major is English and I can help clients to love our products.
In general, I am competent for this job as a course consultant and I like this job so much. Thank you!
To know client’s purpose. Purpose: A good teacher, an English study environment, or learning methods. Satisfy their every requirements and help them get purposes.
