与Exaopc软件的关系

AIDA数据生成器与Exaopc有联系。它通过Exaopc收集DCS数据并为AIDA创建数据文件。图1-2显示了AIDA / AIDA数据文件生成器/ Exaopc之间的关系。

与其它软件的关系

参见上图。
如以下系统配置图中所述,Exaopc站应与DCS联网。Exaopc软件的安装和操作应参考各自的手册(IM 36J06D20-01E和36J02A12-01E)
与Exasmoc在线控制器相同,通常AIDA数据归档工具在Exaopc工作站上运行。因此,硬件和软件要求与Exasmoc相同。Exaopc提供了数据采集接口。AIDA数据生成器可以根据选项对话框窗口中的定义(按照本手册中的说明)连接到Exaopc服务器。
AIDA数据生成器创建的数据文件由AIDA软件用于AIDA模型辨识,该文件还提供给用于SMOC-PC为Exasmoc在线控制器创建.CON文件。

C2. AIDA文件工具

AIDA文件工具生成用于AIDA数据分析和模型辨识工具的数据文件。通过Exaopc OPC数据服务器和历史数据服务器从DCS采集数据。该工具安装在文件夹“(Installed drive):¥¥ProgramFiles¥YOKOGAWA¥IA¥iPCS¥Product¥EXA¥Program”。
从R4.01起,单击以下模块。
“(Installed drive):¥¥Program Files¥YOKOGAWA¥IA¥iPCS¥Product¥EXA¥Program¥AIDAFile Gen.exe”

Relationship with Exaopc software

AIDA Data Generator has relationship with Exaopc. It collects DCS data via Exaopc and create data file for AIDA. Figure1-2 shows the relationship between AIDA/AIDA data file generator/Exaopc.

Relationship with other software

Refer the above figure.
Exaopc station should be networked with DCS as explained in the following System configuration figures. Exaopc software installation and operation shall be referred from respective manuals (IM 36J06D20-01E and 36J02A12-01E)
Usually AIDA Data Archiving Tool runs on the Exaopc station, same as Exasmoc online controller. Hence the hardware and software requirement are the same as Exasmoc. Exaopc provides the data collection interface. AIDA Data Generator can connect to Exaopc server according to the definition in the option dialog window (as instructed in this manual).
Data file created by AIDA Data Generator is used by AIDA software for AIDA model identification, which also provides the file for use with SMOC-PC for creating .CON file for Exasmoc online controller.

C2. AIDA File Tool

AIDA file tool generates a data file for AIDA data analysis and model identification tool. Data is collected from DCS via Exaopc OPC data server and Historical data server. The tool is installed under the folder “(Installed drive):¥¥Program Files¥YOKOGAWA¥IA¥iPCS¥Product ¥EXA¥Program”.
From R4.01, click the following module.
“(Installed drive):¥¥Program Files¥YOKOGAWA¥IA¥iPCS¥Product¥EXA¥Program¥AIDAFile Gen.exe”
