CMake broken --is not able to compile a simple test program

CMake 以管理员身份运行。

主要问题：.Net framework 4.5 及其以上版本存在导致；
解决方案：卸载.net framework 4.5X. 只此一项，不要卸载错了；然后下载.net framework 4.0下载地址：

安装时要把一定先卸载高版本.net;
无法安装时参考如下方法：

1.C:\Windows\System32 以管理员方式运行cmd.exe
2.输入 net stop WuAuServ
3.输入 echo %windir%
4.在 C:\Windows中，把SoftwareDistribution 文件夹改个名字.
5.输入 net start WuAuServ
