September 5th:Today I enter my name for CATTI

Without knowing how long will I keep writing, I choose to start today—the day I enter my name for the China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters(CATTI).

Having been prepared for the test since April this year, I still find myself confused when translate long and difficult sentences. Untill now, a heap of unfamiliar words keep gnawing my poor memory. Thus I pin my hope on this little diary. Hopefully my English lever will improve.

Today when I do my exercises, I come across an aticle which gives some suggestions for those who suffer from social anxiety disorder (SAD)about how to start a conversation with a stranger. When the word "SAD"leaps to the eyes, I'm suddenly lost in thought with a shudder. For almost over twenty years, I'm still the girl fearing contact more with others and would blush when talk in pubic. Having few friends around, the person I speak to most is my husband after marriage. Think of this, a sudden discomfiture encircles me. However, what I can do is ignore the negative emotion and try to do something to improve myself. Only if I become stronger and powerful, can I attract people who share the same value and build a relationship afterwards.
