Dear Boss:

In the meeting on Monday, we talked about our future strategy, and I have some comments I'd like to share.

one Challenge:

As the short video is increasingly popular among all age of people, our competitors take initiative to develop their own product to occupy this new market. And at the same time, our company are still doing the same thing. I am worried we are in danger of falling behind.

There's one other thing I wanted to mention.

Another Challenge:

Recently I've hired more and more staff to develop new business while our profit is increasingly reducing. With the increasing monthly spending of our company, our budget isn't enough to handle this circumstance. This news is spread by all staff. I am concerned it will affect our company's morale.

It look like that there is a move towards a low stream of  people as online shopping is more and more popular. If we don't make a difference, I am worried this circumstance will be increasingly serious.

Propose solution:

I suppose the best supper market must be trustworthy, enjoyable and have its own culture which can attract customers and leave a deep impression. So I suggest that we build up our own culture and let our clients enjoy themselves here. What's more, I hope we can have a meeting with shopkeepers about improving their goods quality and import superior firms. I believe beauty can attract people as a beautiful girl can attract our sight.
