现象：

IntelliJ, can't start simple web application:
Unable to ping server at localhost:1099

第一种情况，端口却是被占用：

lsof -i:1099
kill -9 xxxx

第二种情况，TM端口没有被占用：//被困扰了3天时间~~~~

cat /etc/hosts //如果没有关于 127.0.0.1 localhost的设置继续往下，
$hostname
vi  /etc/hosts //填入 127.0.0.1 localhost HackWancBookPro

OK ，Problem resolved!
