Making a big progress starts with focus on pronunciation

I'm an English learner and I have studied English for some years. It's going to take a longer time for me to master English if I don't find the correct way to study it. At this moment I can't speak English fluently when I talk with my partners who are coming from a foreign country. They are frequently stopping me when I was speaking and asked: can you say it again, and I realized I made a mispronunciation again and made them confused. then I will type it in the text window, they understood suddenly and say, I know, you say... And I said yes, this is what I say. After that, they will help me to pronounce it.
I really appreciate them who are helping me a lot to study English.

I focus on pronunciation since I found it is the most important to study English. So I changed my schedule and took more time to practice pronunciation. The first thing I did is watching videos that teach English pronunciation and it is more effective. I still remember some hardest syllables to pronounce like r and dark L sound.
It really confused me and I often dropped it when I pronounce it. But I don't give up and I watched the video, again and again, focus on the position of my mouth, tongue, and lips, and finally, I master it just yesterday, a foreign partner helps me to practice this syllable so I succeed. and now I found out I can understand the video without subtitles, it can't believable before. I will continue to focus on pronunciation, and I will find some articles to read.
