如何配置传入电子邮件设置

具体配置方法在 配置传入电子邮件设置 (Office SharePoint Server) (http://technet.microsoft.com/zh-cn/library/cc262947.aspx) 中描述的很清楚了。

但问题是即使你按照步骤一步一步配置，最终的结果是不成功。

MVP们曾经给出一个方法就是把需要启用 传入电子邮件（incoming email）的 web应用程序（web applications）的 应用程序池（application pool） 帐户设置与 管理中心（Central Applicaiton）相同。

因为 管理中心（Central Applicaiton）应用程序池（application pool） 帐户 权限相当的高 （本地管理员，服务器场管理员，数据库服务器管理员），所以这种做法虽然可行，但存在安全隐患。

直到8月份，微软推出的 8月累积更新（August Cumulative update），这个问题才被修复。

所以我就总结了一下步骤，希望对大家有用。

1. 安装 8月累积更新（August Cumulative update）或者更高更新, 最新更新到 Updates Resource Center for SharePoint Products and Technologies (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sharepointserver/bb735839.aspx) 去找.
2. 在Central Administration > Operations > Approve/reject distribution groups 的 Distribution Groups list 中为 web应用程序（web applications）的 应用程序池（application pool） 帐户添加最低 Design 权限 (补丁不会修改既有网站设置,只有自己加了)
3. 安装Exchange Server 2003 / 2007.
4. 如果你不想安装 Exchange Server 2003 / 2007,你至少要运行下面的命令来扩展域架构.
   • Exchange 2003：setup /PrepareForest
   • Exchange 2007：setup /PrepareSchema

（工作导致了只有英文的SharePoint产品，所以对中文上怎么翻译的不是很清楚，将就着看吧 :) ）

顺便说一句，如果在大型环境中，还是等SP2吧，没几个月就出来了。
