3. 情况2 有导航栏,和一些按钮和标题,只不过是隐藏的

首先需要设置以下属性

    //隐藏导航栏的背景和线
    navigationController?.navigationBar.setBackgroundImage(UIImage(), for: .default)
    navigationController?.navigationBar.shadowImage = UIImage()
    
    //不自动调整contentInset

    //从顶部开始布局

提供导航栏隐藏的扩展UINavigationController+Hidden.swift
