Python转换数字到中文大写格式（阿拉伯金额-->繁体，打收据可用）

最近工作需要，得把金额转换成大写格式，google了一遍，没发现特别满意的轮子，耗费近一通宵，自己造了一个。python3.6+的，金额超过一亿的就先不管了，业务上不需要。代码于2019年2月份部署到生产环境上，至今运行良好。
