The Meaning of the Studying from Individual Perspective

For two days I kept thinking about the original intention of this program.

I acknowledge the strategic purpose of our headquarters, as the internationalization progress of the largest bank needs more professional and managerial talents. However, I want to explore the detailed meaning of this American trip in a humble, tiny,minimum, personal way.

To learn from the USA, we first need to learn about more about ourselves, our country, our system, our market, our organization, and our culture.

The advanced theory and experience of American cannot be simply duplicated.

It will take us some time to digest the 9 month experience, absorbing the essence and abandoning its dross.

Anyway, we are studying Labor Economics, which is about American labors, social security system, health care, tax, etc, I found it was not difficult for us to understand their system, or their Acts, the key point was we know some of our society,but we didn’t have a whole picture in our mind, which make me unable to make comparison.The lack of related knowledge made me to take every opportunity to learn about our system.

Know ourselves as well as others.
