RedirectRule301跳转

RedirectRule
语法：RedirectRule regexpPattern redirectUrl [R=code]
regexpPattern :要用正则模式的URL 
redirectUrl :转向的向的URL
R=code:指定要返回给浏览器的状态码这里就是301

如：把URL http://loacalhost/offer  301重定向到首页 http://localhost/
RedirectRule ^/offer/.*$ / [R=301,I]
