Python安装pyqt5-tools失败

1.python的版本是3.10.2

2.背景是：想用python+pyqt5来学习python 的GUI编程的，

3.在安装pyqt5-tools时报错如下：

4.遇到问题后从网上搜索解决办法

大都是说需要先安装wheel

pip install wheel

但是操作后没有能解决问题

4.1.后来看到一个是说可能是版本兼容的问题

因为3.10.2是目前最高的版本，所以尝试安装3.7.6。
