ros编译时与opencv发生冲突的解决办法 opencv_imgcodecs3.so.3.3.1: undefined reference to `TIFFReadDirectory@LIBTIFF

在编译ros项目的时候,遇到下面的错误:

猜测应该是ros里面的opencv和自己安装的opencv发生了冲突,解决办法:

ldd /opt/ros/kinetic/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libopencv_imgcodecs3.so.3.3.1

从输出里面找到libtiff相关的信息,例如我的是:

libtiff.so.5 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtiff.so.5 (0x00007f81bc0e7000)

然后修改所有的CMakeList.txt文件,将/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtiff.so.5 添加到链接库里面去

target_link_libraries(${PROJECT_NAME}_lib
  	...
    /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtiff.so.5  
  )

重新编译即可。
