去 https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html 下载pytorch版本的包
我下载的是

将该文件复制粘贴至cmd文件夹下

pip install torch-1.0.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl

报错：
ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import

错误原因：numpy版本不够，更新numpy版本即可，这里使用清华源更新

pip3 install numpy --upgrade  -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
