Win10系统更新（10586 -> 16299 or higer）

为了从uwp直接连接SQLServer，或者是使用EF core访问SQLite，都需要16299以上的版本，不然无法打开查看例子项目的xaml界面，无法部署程序。

通过系统更新，一开始还能更新一些东西，后来卡住了。

几次都不不行，找到一个能够跳过某些更新的官方插件，https://www.ithome.com/html/win10/174065.htm，将这个跳过了，结果说我已经没有需要更新的了....,结果版本信息还是10586，没办法了，下载安装包吧。通过系统更新无法升级系统版本吗？

使用微软官方的升级软件（Windows10Upgrade24074.exe）也不行

Reason for no update for Windows 10 Enterprise Edition

Windows Enterprise Edition is not meant for personal computer. Microsoft don’t give Windows 10 Enterprise Edition even if you are ready to pay for the software. The Enterprise edition is only allowed for corporate’s who like to buy the licenses in volume. That explains why the computer needs to be in a domain to install the update.
What Microsoft did is absurd, but that is how it is.

Fix for Contact your system administrator to upgrade Windows Server or Enterprise editions error

• Go to MSDN or Microsoft Volume licensing Portal to get the ISO file needed for the installation. The file is 1607 ISO file. It’s a 3.64 GB file. Run the file and the installation will proceed without any problem.

• You can also search torrents for “1607 ISO” to download the file. Remember, there is a risk associated with downloading the file using torrents as there is no guarantee that the file is original and not tampered.

总之企业版无法升级，只能自己下载文件。等下载完成吧。

下载好了，准备安装了，结果又有更新了，更新一下，结果，hololens部署出问题了。

UWP部署没问题，unity部署才会出问题。
