RK3399android源码编译ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed报错原因

ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed

编译RK3399 android源码的时候报错：
ninja: build stopped: subcommand failed

发现网上很多解决方法都不行：
1 修改ulimit
2 修改环境变量
3 修改jack-admin文件

最后翻阅编译log发现了一个不显眼的错误

/bin/bash: xmllint: command not found

ubuntu上安装此库文件：
sudo apt-get install libxml2-utils
编译成功。
