RuntimeError: unexpected EOF, expected 2886564 more bytes. The file might be corrupted.

运行python下载网络模型时，网速太慢，导致下了一部分就中断了，再次运行下载代码是，就出先如下错误；

RuntimeError: unexpected EOF, expected 2886564 more bytes. The file might be corrupted.w

解决办法：打开C盘，user文件夹，里面有一个.cache文件夹，再找到里面的checkpoints文件夹，删除下载的网络模型缓存就解决了。
